Responsibilities:
- Manage general office profitability, implement procedures, hold key personnel accountable
- Responsible for achieving branch sales targets
- Create, manage and execute plans to increase sales, profitability and customer satisfaction
- Ability to write accurate estimates, produce work (margin), and assist in revenue collection
- Analyze and manage budgets
- Handle collections, A/R policy for payment terms for subcontractors and vendors
- Assist in locating and utilizing subcontractors to maintain low overhead and create a flexible production staff.
- Responsible for mentoring, coaching and developing employees, recognizing strengths and weaknesses, and developing their skills and abilities
- Must market the company by community involvement, luncheons, meetings, being active with agent and adjuster associations, and maintain a journal for all clients.
- Manage all program work for maximum scores to insure top performer status with companies like Crawford, Innovation, Code Blue, DKI and others
Requirements:
- 5+ years within the restoration/ construction industry
- Proven ability to build, motivate and maintain high performing teams
- Knowledge of Xactimate, Contractor Connection, PSA and other industry software is a must
- WRT, ASD, Mold certifications, IICRS are a plus
- Organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize a variety of tasks/projects
- BA/BS required or equivalent experience
